Text Box: 2009 Southern Regional 4H Horse Show Championships Little Rock, Arkansas, July 28—August 2, 2009   Congratulations to the HSC riders who participating at the 2009 SE Regional Horse Show Championships—they had a great show with classes of ranging from 50 to 100 riders:   Lauren Kohler  was top ten in four of her events:  Trail, Western Riding,  Showmanship, and Western Pleasure Kaylie Madore top twenty in Poles and Stakes Race. Elizabeth Tirado Perez was top ten in Dressage, and Equitation on the flat; and top twenty in Hunter Under Saddle.

Text Box: 2009 State 4H Horse Show, Tampa, Florida, July 8-11, 2009   The following riders represented HSC at the 2009 State 4H Horse Show:   Emily Anthony  -  Junior Lauren Kohler  -  Senior  (Hi-Point Western Rider) Michelle Mack  -  Junior Kaylie Madore  -  Senior Chelsea Maida  -  Junior Nicole Paisley  -  Senior Taylor Sangprasert  -  Junior Alex Spadaro  -  Junior Lizzie Tirado  -  Senior   All of our senior riders qualified to represent Marion County at the 2009 Southern Regional 4H Horse Show Championships taking place in Little Rock, Arkansas, July 28—August 2, 2009.  We wish them luck.   In addition Congratulations to our Junior Riders: Emily Anthony, Michelle Mack, and Chelsea Maida who were among the top 10 Junior Riders.   Marion County was certainly in the running for High Point County—all of our riders placed in at least one class
